When did you join Christie & Co?

Where were you when you accepted your role at Christie & Co?
I was actually just at home in Berlin (so nothing special)
 
What was your first job?
My very first job was in a gardening shop as well as in a children amusement park (simultaneously)
 
In a couple of sentences, can you tell us a bit about your job at Christie & Co?
Selling interesting hotels across eastern and northern Germany
 
What’s your favourite thing about Christie & Co?
The exchange with international colleagues
 
If you had to pick a favourite project that you’ve worked on at Christie & Co so far, what would it be?
The castles that were located at the Müritz were unique and interesting.
 
How has the industry changed since you started at Christie & Co?
I think the industry already changed due to Covid and will change even more. Some changes might be interesting and way overdue. For example, the “digitalization” of the industry
 
Tell us a bit about your life outside work – what are your hobbies?
Skateboarding, riding the bike, paddling the SUP on the lakes and rivers across Berlin and Brandenburg
 
What’s your hometown? Where do you live now?
born in Wilhelmshaven and now living in Berlin
 
Where’s the best place you’ve been on holiday?
In my opinion every holiday is special to its own. But I was quite impressed by China
 
What’s your biggest pet peeve?

Unpunctuality (most German thing ever)
 
If you could live and work in any city, where would you go?
Somewhere close to a beach (e.g. Barcelona, Koh Rong (Sanloem), somewhere in Greece)
 
What would be your desert island meal?
Ramen
 
What is one thing on your bucket list?
Travel as much as possible (if we can travel again) to meet as many people as possible from different countries
 
What news source do you read every day?
All kind of national newspapers (online)
