Christie & Co accompanies the sale of Holiday Inn Munich Unterhaching
Christie & Co advised the vendor on the transaction of the 4-star hotel in the south of Munich.
Built in 1994 and continuously modernised, the Holiday Inn in Unterhaching has 257 rooms and suites, a restaurant, a bar, and a beer garden. In addition, the business hotel offers 27 modern conference rooms that can accommodate up to 600 people for seminars, meetings, conferences, and private events.
