Christie & Co successfully identifies new tenant for hotel in Essen
Christie & Co has found a new tenant in the hotel group Mogotel, which will operate the former Welcome Hotel in Essen under the "Ramada by Wyndham" brand in the future.
On 1 July, the Latvian hotel group Mogotel took over the operation of the business hotel with 176 rooms at the Schützenbahn in Essen. The group with headquarters in Riga is the largest hotel operator in the Baltic States. In Germany, Mogotel operates a second hotel in addition to the new Ramada by Wyndham Essen: the Wyndham Garden Munich Messe, which was also recently opened. In the medium term, more hotels are to follow throughout Germany.
