Hotel Investment Market Spain 2019
International property advisor, Christie & Co in Spain, has released its new analysis of hotel investments in 2019. It shows that investments in commercial property, and especially in hotels, is no longer perceived as an alternative segment. After the record reached in 2018 with EUR4.9bn, in 2019 this figure has fallen by half, especially due to the lack of large hotel portfolios for sale.

Hotel Investment Market Austria 2019
The year 2019 achieved an absolute record result in terms of the total volume of hotel property transactions. Already in September, for the first time in history, a hotel transaction volume of more than one billion euros was achieved, which by the end of the year had reached 1.26 billion euros, a full 40% above the previous record from 2016.
